• 1 x Completed Application Form
• 2 x Passport Sized Photographs (recently taken and against a white background -IMPORTANT!)
• Invitation Letter from inviting friends/family, must include:
  • Full Name as in passport, address, contact number, gender, date of birth of Applicant
  • Date of intended visit to China
  • Purpose of visit to China
• or hotel booking and Flight Reservations
